Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 15 oz canned chickpeas
  • 1 medium clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 medium squeezed lemon
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place the chickpeas, avocado, tahini, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper and water in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth. You can add extra water to reach your desired creamy consistency.
  • Taste for seasoning and serve.

Notes

Tip:
  1. You can serve this dip with pita bread, cut vegetables and chips.
  2. Store it in a sealed container and put it in the refrigerator. It can last up to 4 days in the refrigerator without going bad.
