Avocado Parmesan Cheese Salad
After a busy day when you don't know what to make and need something that comes together very fast, this is the recipe for you. For this salad recipe you’ll need very few ingredients. Most of these items we have at home already. You can pare it with any protein.
Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 3 small cucumbers
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup croutons
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In the serving plate or bowl, use your hands to tear the lettuce into small pieces.
- Cut the cucumbers into small circles or pieces.
- Cut the avocado into the same size as you did for your cucumbers.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and avocado oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Give it a gentle toss then add the croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese.
