Baked Parmesan Potatoes
Baked Potato wedges are truly amazing finger food. So much healthier than eating French fries. From kids to adults, everybody would love it. And the fact that it’s BAKED, will be greatly appreciate by your guests.Perfectly seasoned, baked in an oven for a less guilt snacking. These Baked Potato wedges comes out of the oven truly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Mix all cheese, powder and seasonings together in a single bowl. Do not mix the avocado oil into this mix.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 8 long pieces.
- Put them in a deep dish and add the avocado oil. Give it a good toss.
- Dip each potato slice in the cheese and herbs mixture and set on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 400F oven.
- Sprinkle with some fresh chopped parsley before you serve.
