Rice Stir Fry
A simple yet amazingly delicious Rice Stir Fry that will become a family favorite. If you have less than half hour to make dinner, this is the dish for you. You can put everything together in about 20 minutes. Simple ingredients but amazing flavors that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 sheet seaweed
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Turn the stove on medium high heat
- In a large pan add 4 tbsp avocado oil, shallots and carrots.
- Sauté for about 4 minutes before you add the frozen peas, corn and cooked rice.
- Stir everything together and add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Once the ingredients are well combined, push everything to one side of the pan.
- Add a bit of oil and two bitten eggs. Stir the eggs until they are cooked.
- Finally season with ground black pepper, garlic powder and combine everything together.
- Take it off the heat and serve warm.
