Smoked Salmon Bites
These little smoked salmon appetizer bites are as delicious as they are pretty. They make a perfect light start to dinner and are a hit at any party. And don't worry, assembling them is much easier (and faster) than it looks.

- 1.7 oz smoked salmon
- 5 oz super seed cracker
- ½ avocado
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 3 springs fresh dill
Cut the avocado, lemon, smoked salmon and dill into pieces small enough to fit on a cracker.
Take one cracker and spread about 1/2 tsp of cream cheese.
Layer the cracker with avocado, then salmon, lemon, dill and finally drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Repeat until complete 😊
